Whole numbers, by definition, are the positive counting ones that include 0; natural numbers are positive counting numbers that start at 1; irrational numbers are numbers whose fractions neither terminate nor repeat; and integers are numbers both positive and negative that cannot be fractions. Since Alaska gets pretty cold in the winter, its temp has to be measured in integers, since integers include negative numbers
