A full circle has a central angle 360 degrees.
Arc AB measures 146 deg.
Arc AC measures 90 deg.
Arc BC measures 360 deg - 90 deg - 146 deg = 124 deg

m(arc)ACB = m(arc)AC + m(arc)BC = 90 + 124 = 214
