A domain of a function doesn't have more than one range.
The first one is not a function because domain 0 has two different ranges, 3 and 4 ⇒ (0,3)(0,4)
The second one is a function
The third one is not a function because domain 2 has two different ranges, 6 and 0 ⇒ (2,6)(2,0)
The fourth one is not a function because domain 6 has two different ranges, 2 and 4 ⇒ (6,2)(6,4)
