Which climate conditions most likely produce a landscape with rounded hills larger river valleys with many tributaries and tropical vegetation?

For the answer to the question above, I believe the answer to this is a land with warm and humid climate condition.

Tropical vegetation grows on warm climate and the environment must be humid because in amid climates, rain is less and humid is less so the vegetation is less likely to survive.
