Since desert biomes have a lack of water(water is an abiotic factor) organism like fish that live in water won’t be present and there will be more animals that can live in the sand like animals that dig holes in it for shelter.

abiotic factors may help the organism to survive such as water,oxygen,sand,rocks etc.since we are talking about a desert sand,rocks,oxygen,etc.will help living organisms survive with these abiotic factors.
