The opposite of a country that has cultural diversity would be a country that is uniform and identical to one another. There are some countries that strive and promote diversity such as the United States. In the United States being diverse sets you apart from everyone else and allows people to be individuals. However, there are some countries that disapprove of diversity and want to have uniform attributes between their citizens.
