The human body is made up of water, bone, muscle and fats. This describes the percentage of what we have inside, which determine our body’s leanness or weight. Moreover, fitness trainer often uses body composition or as part of a weight loss program because it can be measured using the skin fold test.

The body compositions are fat, lean body mass (muscle, bone, and organs), and water. Body composition refers to the relative amount of muscle, fat, bone, and other vital parts of the body.
