This is debatable but I would say false?

I think you can spend countless hours studying but the information isn't retained in your head. Speaking from personal experience, I've studied for hours but information doesn't always process. In contrast, when I incorporate study materials like Quizlet and organize my study guides/information, I find that I can study in less time.
