The volume would be 7.1cm. The density formula is m/v=d, and we already know that the mass is 63.5g and the density is 8.9g/cm cubed, we can isolate the variable. 63.5/v = 8.9 so 63.5/v(v) = 8.9(v). 63.5 = 8.9v. To isolate v, we divide each side by 8.9, giving us v = 7.1 (approximately).
