Are there options? If so, may I see them?

I'm assuming the answer will be something that firmly and clearly says "no," expresses a lack of a desire or want to something, and maybe (maybe?) provides an explanation as to why.

ex. "No, I don't want to." or "No, I don't have any desire to. Smoking has many health related risks."
