What causes the difference between the mRNA molecule in different tissue is PRE mRNA SPLICING. Splicing refers to the modification of the nascent precursor messenger RNA.The splicing of a mRNA molecule occur in several steps and the steps are catalyzed by ribonucleoproteins. During splicing, the introns sections are removed and the remain sections called exons are joined together.
