Answer: Since men were too busy fighting off in war to do it themselves, women now had to work in the farms and factories. They also became nurses to help injured men on the battlefield.

At first they were only for cooking food, and making clothing. After all the men were sent of to war, the women then had to take over their jobs. Such as Welding Machinary, building weapons, and even farming.
