Should be $1900.
I divided 36.8% by 18.4 to get a whole number. (2%)
Same goes for $700. Divided that by 18.4. ($38)
This means that $38 is 2% of Sally's yearly salary
2% times 50 is 100% and $38 times 50 is $1900
