From a first grade, extra credit, homework assignment.

The numbers in the circles are arranged in a pattern.
Find the pattern.
Then find the missing numbers.
(Imagine each number in a circle, lined up in 3 rows with each row having 3 circles)

Here's my guess:

It looks like numbers either side of the center one add to 38, and that numbers in the top and bottom rows differ by 20.
