y=(1)/(3)|x|-2\\\\for\x=-3\to y=(1)/(3)\cdot|-3|-2=(1)/(3)\cdot3=1-2=-1\to(-3;\ -1)\\\\for\ x=0\to y=(1)/(3)\cdot|0|-2=(1)/(3)\cdot0-2=-2\to(0;\ -2)\\\\for\ x=3\to y=(1)/(3)\cdot|3|-2=(1)/(3)\cdot3-2=1-2=-1\to(3;\ -1)
