8.45am to 3.45pm = 15 - 8 = 7 hours

3.45pm to 4.15pm = 30 minutes

3/4 hours = 45 minutes

7 hours 30 mins minus 45 minutes = 6 hours 45 minutes

Answer : She worked 6 hours 45 minutes on Saturday.
