  • since b,c, and d are both less than 2 2/3 and also don’t equal to 2 2/3, then a should be right..

Divide the like terms:


  • 10(2)/(3)*x=2(2)/(3)

  • x=4

Therefore, 10 2/3 would be how much cups of brown sugar Nolan would use for a single recipe..
