y ≥ 10

Explanation:

y = 3 * (x - 5)² + 10

x - 5 = √(y - 10)/3

x = √(y - 10)/3 +5

since so long as the number under the √ is not an imaginary number (negative), x is exited

∴ y≥10 is the range of y
