Answer:OB. 10cups of flour and 6 cup of sugar

Explanation:

1/3 of x + 1/5 of x = 16

x/3 + x/5 = 16

5x + 3x / 15 = 16

8x/15 = 16

8x= 15×16

8x = 240

x= 30

1/3 of flour

1/3 × 30

=30/3

=10

flour = 10cups

1/5 of sugar

1/5 × 30

=30/5

=6

Sugar = 6 cups

10cups of flour and 6 cups of sugar
