Explanation: Activities in project management are the steps to achieve the purpose of the project ,there are called project deliverables. In order to define them, organizational processes has to be reviewed such that it matched the schedule management, from there they can come up with a plan, evaluate the enterprise environmental factors and set a scope baseline, so yes it is true.
