m<ABC = 92° -2×23°

= 92° - 46°

= 46°

Explanation:

so since it bisects angle CBD the two angles being bisected must be the same. we know one of them is 23 degrees so the other also has to be 23 degrees. so the big angle that got bisected is 46 degrees. the total angle of the big angle is 92 so we subtract 46 from it to get 46, which means that CB is also an bisector but you dont need to figure it out in this case
