What would happen to the number of

home runs a player could hit if the air was
removed from above the field? Use your
understanding of Newton's laws to explain.

Answer: If there is no air then there is no resistance so the ball would travel farther making it easier to hit a home run. So if there was no air then the number of home runs would expand by several home runs.
