So I'm in a situation where my father's girlfriend is having a custody battle for her daughter. But there is a woman coming to our home to look at the household and the residents. Me myself being 18 I do not wanna talk to this woman. But I am being told that I have to. Is this true or can I plead the 5th?

I'm sure you can plead the fifth. You shouldn't be forced to talk to anyone, especially if it doesn't really have to do with you, rather your relatives.
