For this case we have a function of the form:

y = f (x)

Where:

f (x) = - 4x ^ 2-3x + 2

We must find the value of the function when
x = -2, that is,
g (-2). So:

g (-2) = - 4 (-2) ^ 2-3 (-2) +2

We have to:

- * - = +\\- * + = -

So:

g (-2) = - 4 (4) + 6 + 2\\g (-2) = - 16 + 8

Different signs are subtracted and the major sign is placed.

g (-2) = - 8

Answer:

g (-2) = - 8
