Answer:

We can measure the average kinetic motion by how much heat we are giving the specific solution. For example: When the solution is being heated, that means there is a lot of kinetic energy and the molecules are going really fast, but if the solution cool or a bit cold, that means there is little kinetic energy and the molecules are going slow.
