To fine x use the perimeter equation where you just all all the sides up. Then isolate for x and you find x equals 4. Then use area equation for triangle which is (base times height) divided by 2. The base and the height of the triangle are the two lines which AREN’t the hypotenuse. Then substitute 4 wherever you see x and do the math and you get area is 60 units. Hope this helps!
