Everyone needs a friend to feel happy

Answer: I don't agree because family can just as much fill the spot of a friend. Friends aren't forever but family is and technically their aren't your friends. In conclusion, you don't need a friend to be happy, your just need a support line!

The definition of "Everyone" literally encompasses "Everybody". Im sure there are people out there who either:

1) Like solitude and like to be away from other people.

or

2) while they may enjoy company, they cannot due to social/geographical problems, etc. etc.,

yet they may feel that they can obtain happiness from other things.

You cannot say that the "everyone" has something, when in reality, only a majority falls under it.
