When you have a decimal and you want a percent how many decimal spaces do you mave??

EX. 0.1 → ?

Answer: Move the decimal 2 places to the right.

To convert from decimal form to percent form, you must move the decimal two places to the right

This is basically the same as multiplying the decimal value by 100

Example: 0.10 converts to 10%

Another example: 0.9867 converts to 98.67%
