Photosynthesis uses carbon dioxide, photons (energy from sunlight), and water (H2O).
Photosynthesis produces glucose(C6H12O6) , and the by product it also produces is oxygen (6O2)
Don’t listen to the “mitochondria is the powerhouse of the cell” comment. The mitochondria converts the glucose(synthesized during photosynthesis) produced from photosynthesis into ATP energy during cellular respiration.
