Eugenics is the word which is used by the cousin of Charles Darwin and he advocated that selective breeding is the only way to transfer the traits in humans. He advocated that people with desired traits are mostly from rich and elite class of the society and the people who were undesirable were from poor class.

There was huge prevalence of blindness, deafness and feeble mindedness and mentally challenged in the US society that US government started to expand the program of sterilization and many have to undergo without any choice.
