Answer:

Yes, all women should have access to birth control. If they aren;t ready to bring life into the world or if they never want to they should have birth control. Oh and yes for family planning to. If a person has a child, they should have access to family planning to help protect women from any health risks that may occur before, during or after childbirth. That includes high blood pressure, gestational diabetes, infections, miscarriage and stillbirth
