Suppose we start at x = -7 m, then move to x = 7 m, and finally move to x = 0 m. What was the distance?

The answer would be 14 7+7 is 14 when you add 14 to -7 you get 7

Answer 2

From -7 to 7 would be 14 m and from 7 to 0 would be 7 m, so the distance would be 21 m in all. I wasn't sure if the m was the units or not.
