The earth is comprised of three system which is present in solid, liquid and gas they are lithosphere, hydrosphere and atmosphere. Combination of all three sphere is known as biosphere where life exist. Lithosphere is defined as the area of earth which is solid in nature, it is comprised of land part of the earth.

Hydrosphere is defined as the area of earth which is liquid in nature, it is comprised of all the water bodies present in the earth. Atmosphere is defined as the area of earth which is gaseous in nature; it is comprised of air in the earth. The first life originates in the water. The combination of all three is known as biosphere.
