Answer: 24x+12

Step-by-step explanation: I say this because a variable times a variable is equal to a variable and if you multiply 3 and 4 you get 12 and if you add the variable you get 12x and if you add another 12x it will equal to 24x. there is no other variable on twelve so as an answer it would be 24x+12
