<=> a - ax - bx = bx - ax - c - bx

<=> a - ax - bx - (bx - ax - c - bx) = 0

<=> a - ax - bx - bx + ax + c + bx = 0

<=> a - ax + ax - bx - bx + bx + c = 0

<=> a - bx + c = 0

<=> a + c = bx

=> x = (a+c)/b
