Answer:

as ice, the water molecules are tightly packed together in a rigid arrangement, they vibrate but do not move. as vapor, the water molecules are zooming around at a high speed in no regular arrangement.

In ice water molecules are in an orderly form with bonds holding together in vapour the molecules are spread out randomly
