When the temperature increases the protein loses its secondary and tertiary structure, losing its function as an enzyme but it keeps its primary structure which is the sequence of amino acids. As the protein has its primary structure, it has the possibility of having its secondary and tertiary structure back when the temperature decreases which will make the enzyme functional again.
