That is a 24% percent of change.



Normally, to do this, you would have to find the GCF or your numerator and denominator.

But in this case, all you have to do is divide your numerator by your denominator. Then round by 3 decimal places.

19 divided by 25 = 0.76

This means 19 is 76% of 25

25 is 100%, and 19 is 76%, so your percent of change is the difference between the two numbers.

100%-76%=24%
