This system of checks and balances is primarily applied in the constitutional government.It relates to the president because the president administers the Executive Branch of the government.An example is the Federal government which has the three parts.which are the Executive which comprises of the president and the workers, the legislative which consists of senate and the house of representatives and the Judiciary which consists of the supreme court and the lower court.
