y = -4x + 3
y = -4(0) + 3
y = 0 + 3
y = 3
so (0,3)

y = -4x + 3
y = -4(1) + 3
y = -4 + 3
y = -1
so (1,-1)

y = -4x + 3
y = -4(2) + 3
y = -8 + 3
y = -5
so (2,-5)

y = -4x + 3
y = -4(3) + 3
y = -12 + 3
y = -9
so (3,-9)
