so, for

11x - y ≥ -17 ( Rearrange, move x-term to other side)

- y ≥ -17 - 11x

- y ≥ - (17 + 11x) (multiply both sides by -1, remember to flip the inequality)

y ≤ 17 + 11x

y ≤ 11x + 17 (answer)
