Which body parts are in the sagittal plane vs the transverse plane?

Answer:

All central structures of the body lie in the sagittal plane. Head, neck , Chest , abdomen , Groin all lie in sagittal plane along with their corresponding internal organs too.

Arms and legs lie on transverse plane with respect to the body as they have to perform multi varied movements all day long. All central skeletal structures lie on the sagittal plane as well. Ex; Vertebrae , skill ribs , sternum, hip bone, etc.
