The federal government of United States is formed with the combination of three main branches such as legislative, executives and judicial. All the power and rights are vested in the Congress (The President) . Legislative power of Congress;

1. Imposition and collection of taxes

2. Regulation of coin money

3. Implementation of new and necessary laws

4. Support and raise armies

5. Construction of roads and post office

6. Creating federal courts

7. Announcements of war and etc
