Why do you think it’s so easy and understandable to protect ourselves?

Because if we didn't protect ourselves we could be harmed and or killed and it's understandable for a parent to be overprotective because they don't want us to be harmed or killed or even worse things to happen to us and they love us very much and if they didn't they wouldn't even do anything for us and they wouldn't even give us clothes a bed or a shower or they might sell us to some bad person or a more caring person.
