Answer: 14

Explanation:

We want the smallest value so:

we know 5n is the square of a number, so

n = 5a^2, so a > 1

we know 75np is the cube of a number, so

p= 3^2a = 9a

Now, n+p = 5a^2 + 9a = a [5a+9]

The smallest value would be when a=1

Therefore when you plug it in , n+p = 5+9 = 14
