In order for a coordinate point to be a solution to an equation, one side of the equation has to equal the other side when you plug in the number that represents x where x is, and the number that represents y wher y is and then solve.

The first coordinate point filled in looks like this:

If y = 4x + 5, then where x = 0 and y = 10

10 = 4(0) + 5. Solv that to get

10 = 5

Does 10 equal 5? No. 10 equals 10, not anything else. So that point doesn't work.

The next point (0, -2) filled in looks like this:

-2 = 4(0) + 5

Does -2 = 5? No. Not a solution.

The next point (-4, 0) filled in looks like this:

0 = 4(-4) + 5 and

0 = -16 + 5 and

0 = -11

True? No.

The next point (-6, 4)

4 = 4(-6) + 5

4 = -24 + 5 and

4 = -19

None of them work. At least according to what you have as your equation and as your points.
