Imagine that you live in Maine. Currently there is a high pressure area over Maine. If a low pressure are moves in, how will the direction of the wind change ?

Answer:the wind will move towards the low pressure area

Explanation:this happens by a basic principal called diffusion ,liquids and gases (matter in which molecules are greatly spaced ) tend to move towards low pressure area so the wind molecules will flow towards low pressure area.
