Why can an inexhaustible resource also be considered a renewable resource?

If it is inexhaustible it means that there is so much of it that we can never use it all. Some people would call the atmosphere inexhaustible. That might be a dangerous assumption, but it and water are the only things that I can think of that are close to being inexhaustible.

You don't have to set aside grain fields to grow water and air.
