What impact did the airplane and tank have in the World War 1

Both sides realized that aircrafts could be used to fight beyond the battle field far into enemy territory so both sides started bombing each other and using planes to spy.

While tanks changed the need of trenches, machine guns, barbed wire, ect. Because they were able to drive over different terrains, over barbed wire, and were more powerful than any gun making them a deadly innovation.
