Can someone help with this? I have been stuck on it for a long time.

Answer:

225° or 315°

Explanation:

If sin Ф = -1, Ф must be in Quadrant III or Quadrant IV.

sin Ф = (opposite side) / hypotenuse. The opposite side is negative only in Quadrant III and Quadrant IV.

The angle Ф is either 225° or 315°
